The DialloGeo iOS app is a professional management tool (cockpit, quotes, invoices, missions, prospects, agenda, SOPs) intended for personal use by the account holder. It communicates with a private server hosted on Vercel and a Supabase database (EU region).
Account credentials: email address, hashed password, name — required for authentication.
User-entered business data: quotes, invoices, clients, prospects, missions, agenda events, SOPs, notes. This data remains the property of the user and is accessible only to them.
Technical data: server logs (IP address, timestamp, called route) for diagnostic and security purposes. Anonymous crash reports via Apple Crash Reports (only if the user has enabled developer sharing in iOS Settings).
Device identifiers: no advertising identifier (IDFA) is used. No third-party analytics SDK is integrated.
Face ID / Touch ID — local unlock of the app. Biometric authentication is handled by iOS; no biometric data is transmitted to DialloGeo.
Camera — optional scanning of paper invoices to extract information (amount, number, date, client). Processed images stay on the device and are not sent to a third-party OCR service.
Notifications — agenda reminders and Pomodoro alerts. No advertising messages.
Providing the management service, backing up user business data, account security, technical diagnostics in case of incident.
Performance of the user agreement accepted at account creation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and legitimate interest of the controller for service security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The website collects personal data only through the contact form: name, email, phone, company, service type, budget and message. This data is used exclusively to reply to user inquiries.
Anonymous audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) is used, without cookies or trackers. No tracking or advertising cookies are placed.

Supabase Inc. (EU region — Frankfurt) — PostgreSQL database, authentication, file storage.
OVHcloud (France) — business email (Zimbra), domain name.
Apple Inc. — iOS app distribution, push notification service (APNs), optional crash reports.
No data is sold, leased, or transmitted to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
Account and business data: kept while the account is active. Deleted on user request (see section 7).
Contact form data: kept 3 years from last contact.
Technical logs: kept 12 months maximum.
Encrypted connection (HTTPS / TLS 1.3) across the entire website and API. Passwords stored hashed (bcrypt). PostgreSQL Row Level Security policies on the database. Optional biometric lock on the iOS app. Automatic daily backups.
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
— Right of access: obtain a copy of your data.
— Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.
— Right to erasure: request deletion of your account and data.
— Right to restriction of processing.
— Right to portability: retrieve your data in a structured format (JSON / PDF export).

Account deletion from the iOS app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. This action is irreversible and triggers permanent deletion of all associated data within 30 days.
Downloading, installing and using the app through the App Store implies data processing by Apple Inc. under its own terms, available at apple.com/legal/privacy.
This policy may evolve to reflect legal or technical changes. The last update date is shown at the bottom of the page. Users are notified of any substantial change by email or in-app notification.
