Eight geomatics services, described the way you buy them: what you get, the typical turnaround, a starting price and a real example.

Base rate: €400 per day. A “from” price covers the smallest scope; the quote sets the final price. Net prices, VAT not applicable (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Reply within 24 business hours, quote within 3 business days.

Thematic maps and atlases

Diagnostic, zoning-plan or heritage maps and municipal atlases, for a planning document, a report or a presentation to elected officials.

What you get
The maps as high-resolution PDF and PNG files, the data as GeoPackage or Shapefile, and the QGIS project to keep them up to date.
Typical turnaround
A few days for a simple map, 5 days of production for a municipal atlas.
From

Example. In Saint-Louis, Senegal, the city's 7 bus lines surveyed by GPS, with one map per line and a summary map of the network (internship at Géomatica, 2018-2019).

Flood risk and municipal emergency plans

Overlay what matters in your area with the flood-risk zoning (PPRi) and the terrain, to see what is exposed and what can serve in a crisis.

What you get
An A3 map with an inset of the town centre, an action sheet for crisis management, the enriched GIS layer and a reproducible QGIS project.
Typical turnaround
Set in the quote, depending on the number of municipalities and assets to inventory.

Audit and clean-up of a splice-closure or network database

An inconsistent network database means wasted trips in the field: I check it and bring it back into line with your specifications.

What you get
A compliance report (topology, attributes, projections) and the corrected database in your format: PostGIS, GeoPackage or Shapefile.

FTTx deployment plans and database updates

Construction plans ready for your field crews, drawn from your engineering studies.

What you get
Deployment plans in QGIS, exported to DWG/DXF if needed, and the updated network database (cables, capacities, connections).
Typical turnaround
5 days for a database update, several weeks for a full project.

NGOs and research

For NGOs, UN agencies and research institutes. Remote, or in the field depending on the project. Working languages: French, English, Fula and Wolof.

Field data collection

Georeferenced surveys and GPS fieldwork, with forms your teams can reuse.

What you get
The ODK Collect, KoboToolbox or Survey123 forms, then the cleaned, georeferenced data (GeoPackage, GeoJSON, CSV) with checked GPS points.
Typical turnaround
Depends on the number of points and field days; set in the quote.

Example. Healthsites.io in Saint-Louis, Senegal: the department's health facilities surveyed by GPS and with ODK Collect, then added to OpenStreetMap (a pilot project with CartONG and OSM Senegal).

Health mapping and access to care

Accessibility studies, service coverage and multi-criteria analysis, to decide where to act first.

What you get
Thematic maps ready to share (PDF, PNG), plus the distance zones and the multi-criteria synthesis as GIS layers.

Example. Kolda region, Senegal, a university project: 5 thematic maps, from distance bands to health centres (under 1 km to over 10 km) to a multi-criteria synthesis of the areas furthest from care.

These two services work just as well for a municipality, an engineering firm or an NGO.

GIS data audit and restructuring

Scattered files, duplicates, invalid geometries: I assess what you have and build a database your teams can keep up to date.

What you get
An assessment of the existing data and an action plan; on request, the target PostgreSQL/PostGIS schema, the data migration, a data dictionary and a user guide.
Typical turnaround
2 days for the audit and action plan, 3 days with the target schema and migration.

QGIS and OpenStreetMap training

For your staff or field teams: getting started, spatial queries, map layout, field data collection.

What you get
A beginner or advanced course, on site or remote, for a group of 5 to 20 people.

A typical field-team course: 3 days.

What I don't do yet

  • Drone imagery and photogrammetry. Remote pilot holding the DGAC A1/A3 attestation and registered UAS operator. Missions are flown in the Open category, away from built-up areas and without flying over uninvolved people. The service will open once my insurance covers the remotely piloted aircraft.
  • On-site work in Switzerland. For French-speaking Switzerland, studies and mapping are done remotely only.

Coverage area

In the field: roughly a 1.5 to 2-hour radius around Morteau (Haut-Doubs): Doubs, Jura, Haute-Saône, Territoire de Belfort, and nearby towns (Besançon, Pontarlier, Montbéliard, Belfort, Vesoul, Lons-le-Saunier, Dole, Dijon, Mulhouse). Remotely: GIS analysis, mapping and humanitarian work across France and internationally.

Every deliverable cites its sources (OpenStreetMap under the ODbL, IGN and cadastre data under the Etalab Open Licence) and documents its metadata.

Buyers and procurement teams: the capability statement (PDF) gathers company identifiers, CPV codes and publishable references.
